Hey Awesome Person,
When speaking to students, what's your go-to word for bringing students' attention back the message? A popular phrase I hear used by young athletes are Lock In (be fully committed).
"We have to lock in and everyone has to do their job."
I recently saw an article about teens Locking In on TikTok. I don't know about you, but when I see the words Lock In, it sends a shiver down my spine. Before reading the article I thought, "Wait, kids are staying up all night, playing games and I don't have to be there? Yesss!"
Nope, not that kind of Lock In.
This kind of Lock In is where students are giving their focus and commitment, from Sept. to Dec., to lifestyle changes from mental health to weight loss. These videos feature students sharing their hacks for developing positive habits to developing extreme tactics that might be harmful.
I think we can agree that students getting more locked in to their relationship with God through prayer, bible reading and serving is good thing so I've writing a series around the theme Locked In and wanted share the first lesson with you, Locked Into God's Word.
